Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

The cutoff date to book a room at the discounted rate is November 30, 2025. We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona and the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona. These two hotels are connected to each other, giving you the choice between modern guest rooms at the Courtyard or spacious suites with kitchens at the Residence Inn, all with access to the same convenient location and amenities. Booking through our room block ensures you receive a special discounted rate at either hotel. Both hotels are located in Lake Nona, just 20 minutes from our wedding venue and only 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). You’ll also find plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it a great spot to stay and enjoy the area. Our room block is available from December 30, 2025 – January 4, 2026. If you’d like to come earlier or stay longer, the special rate may be extended, just reach out to Taryn or Harry for details. The bride and groom will also be staying here during the wedding weekend, so it will be a central spot for everyone to gather and celebrate. House Or Rental

Kissimmee / St. Cloud / Lake Nona / Clermont

If you’re traveling with family or a group and would like more space, renting a home may be up your alley. There are many vacation rentals in the area, ranging from cozy townhomes to large houses with private pools. Nearby Areas to Explore: Kissimmee – Just north of St. Cloud, Kissimmee is well known for its wide variety of vacation rentals, many of which are resort-style with pools and amenities. Storey Lake Resort – A popular vacation rental community in Kissimmee featuring townhomes and villas with access to resort amenities such as pools, a lazy river, and fitness facilities. St. Cloud – A quieter option closest to our venue, Lavender on the Lake. There are some vacation rentals here, but not as many as Kissimmee. Lake Nona – This is where our host hotel is located. While vacation rentals are more limited in this area, it’s a great choice if you’d prefer to stay close to the wedding block and enjoy the restaurants and shops nearby. Clermont – Further from the venue, but a charming option with a great downtown, walking and biking paths along Lake Minneola, and a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. The bride and groom will be staying in Clermont leading up to the wedding, so it’s a great choice if you’d like to be nearby.
