FAQs

The Wedding Website of Taryn Grant and Harry Spavin
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

November 16, 2025

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure a prompt start, we kindly ask that all guests arrive early at 3pm to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM sharp.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While gifts are not required, we are registered through Zola for those who wish to contribute. You’re welcome to purchase a gift from our registry, contribute towards a group gift, or give a monetary gift if you prefer.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Ladies think, cocktail dresses, floral dresses, mid-or knee-length dresses, and dressy jumpsuits or separates. Gentlemen think, a suit or dress shirt with a tie. Since parts of the day will be outdoors on grass, we recommend choosing comfortable and appropriate footwear.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For hotel and rental suggestions, please visit the Travel section of our wedding website. We’ve included helpful options to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue; however, overnight parking is not permitted. We kindly encourage guests to plan ahead by arranging ride-shares or Ubers to ensure a safe and convenient trip to and from the celebration.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have transportation arranged to or from the ceremony. Please plan accordingly by arranging a ride-share, carpool, or Uber/Lyft.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you’ll be arriving in Orlando early, please let us know when you RSVP so we can include you in the festivities. We’re hoping to have a few casual get-togethers for anyone who’s around. Possibly a New Year’s Eve celebration, an afternoon BBQ, a boat outing on the Clermont Chain of Lakes, or a relaxed pool hangout. Nothing is set in stone yet, but we’ll share details if and when plans come together. These gatherings will be totally optional and laid-back.

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

Kindly RSVP online through our wedding website by November 16, 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. The address for the venue is, Lavender on the Lake, 2596 Clay Whaley Rd, St Cloud, FL 34772, USA.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
