Kristen and Maddie met in the sixth grade when they were sat next to each other in math class. Throughout the years, Kristen has remained by Maddie's side through long distance friendship and has accumulated hundreds of air miles visiting her in California and Arizona. She was with Maddie the night she found Alex, and is the perfect person to stand by her side.
Amanda Wright

Amanda and Maddie met during Orientation Week of Cal Poly, SLO in April 2017. When school started in September, they ended up in the same dorm, the same major, and the same first required class: Music 120. Their friendship came easily, and between surfing/hiking, homemade pizza nights, and four years at Cal Poly, Amanda has turned into a lifelong friend.
Casey Davenport

Casey and Maddie became fast friends bonding over night shift, patient care, and late night snacks. Casey is also a labor nurse at Valley Medical. When not at work, Casey and Mads enjoy walking, painting pottery, baking, thrifting, and anything that involves music or laughing.
Emma Lunsford

Emma and Maddie were nursing school roommates turned life long friends! The first time they met was at Starbucks and they both pulled up in their silver jettas. A coffee date turned into signing a lease the same day and moving to Arizona together. Highlights include graduating with our BSN's, movie nights, family dinners, shopping sprees, and countless runs to McDonald's for a large fry, Diet Coke (Emma), and Dr. Pepper (Mads).
Kaitlyn Clifford

Kaitlyn is more of a sister than a friend to Maddie. Maddie's Mom Kellie and Kaitlyn's Mom Susie met in 1995 and have been best friends since. Kaitlyn and Maddie grew up together celebrating holidays, birthdays, graduations, and everything in between. Our favorite tradition was the moms' picking us up from the last day of school to get pedicures and Ixtapa. She is the big sister Maddie never had, and Maddie's "oldest friend" (since birth!).
Mackenna Spahman

Mackenna is Alex's sister and one of Maddie's closest people! It is often laughed about that Alex is great, but Mads is even more excited to gain a sister. Mackenna and Mads are both Labor and Delivery nurses and highlights of their relationship include Maddie pinning Mackenna at her nursing school graduation, Mariner's Games, clam digging, game nights, and Chelan trips.
Connor Spahman
Best Man
Alex gained his built in best friend in 1999 when Connor was born. From the start, Alex and Connor have done almost everything together. From sharing bunk beds to their love of baseball, they spend their time together outside hunting, fishing, and backpacking.
Brycen Allen
Groomsman
Alex has known Brycen since 2016 when they met playing baseball together at Everett Community College. Throughout their time at Everett, Alex spent many nights on Brycen's couch, and they shared many memories from being lab partners to being catch partners. Alex and Brycen spent time going through the firefighter hiring process together, and Brycen is now a professional firefighter in Georgia.
Daniel Head
Groomsman
Alex and Daniel have been friends from the time they played 16u select baseball together. From there, they played three years together at Everett Community College. Daniel went on to play at New Mexico State. Throughout college, Alex and Daniel were teammates and fishing partners. Highlights include loading up their kayaks right after practice to fish local lakes, getting poured on at Lake Roesiger, fishing in the dark (semi-on purpose), and rarely catching anything larger than 2 lbs.
Hayden McDonald
Groomsman
Hayden is Maddie's brother and quickly became friends with Alex after they started dating. Highlights include spending hours grinding on Super Mario Bros, playing MLB the Show, golfing, and going back and forth about fantasy rosters. Alex looks forward to welcoming another brother into the family with Hayden, and to the many more memories that will be made ganging up on Maddie.
Jack Wolfe
Groomsman
Alex became friends with Jack at Eastern Illinois University where they were both pitchers and roommates. Alex spent two years living with Jack, sharing a bathroom, and attending 4 o'clock club at the bar down the street. Highlights include long bus rides, watching bar rescue in the mornings, catfishing in the middle of the night, and Jack's medium rare brownie cookies. Although Jack lives in Kansas City, he has made several trips to visit Alex and Maddie and always keeps in touch.
Tanner Arrington
Groomsman
Alex and Tanner met in 2015 at Everett Community College where they played baseball together. They became good friends in the summer of 2018 when they both played for the Seattle Studs summer team. Since then, Alex and Tanner have regularly golfed together, oftentimes breaking course records on the high side.
