Hotel
The Sheraton Hotel in Eatontown is the hotel we will be staying at and the one we encourage guests to get a hotel room at. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved here. When calling to book your rooms, please mention the Gorda-Sommer wedding to receive your discount or click below where it says "View" to book your room. The discount for our room block for a standard room is $319 before tax per night. This rate is only available until July 8, 2026. Please note that we are getting married during prime summer time at the Jersey Shore. Please do your best to book rooms as early as possible as we anticipate them filling very quickly. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive away from the venue. We encourage guests to stay here as this is the only hotel where event transportation will be provided. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 5:15 for cocktail hour, and will return at the end of the night to bring us to the after party, or the hotel based on your preference.

This hotel is a more affordable option compared to the Sheraton. While transportation will not be provided to and from this hotel, this hotel is located directly behind the Sheraton. If you choose to stay here and would like to use our transportation you can walk over to the Sheraton lobby at 5:30 and the shuttle will take you to the venue for cocktail hour.

For guests who would like to stay a little bit closer to the venue and love a boutique hotel type of feel, The Chateau Inn & Suites is a great option! This cute hotel is only 5 minutes down the road from the wedding venue, and about 5 minutes to the beach! *Please note, we will not be providing transportation to and from this hotel. Similar to the Chateau Inn & Suites, The Hewitt Wellington is another great option if you would like to stay closer to the venue/beach. This charming hotel is only 5 minutes away from the venue and 5 minutes from the beach! *Please note, we will not be providing transportation to and from this hotel for guests. Travel Note
Since we will be getting married during prime summer time at the Jersey Shore we understand that the hotels can be pricey. We also encourage guests to rent a house through an AirBnB or VRBO for the weekend and make a mini vacation out of it! If you choose to do this, it is highly encouraged to book a house well in advance as the summer season books up quickly! Be sure to check out our "Things to Do" tab if you do plan on making a long weekend vacation out of your trip! Towns to consider: Spring Lake, Point Pleasant, Asbury Park, Belmar, Manasquan, Long Branch. Please feel free to reach out to us for additional help with location!
