Our Proposal Story

Over 4th of July weekend, we went down the shore to spend a few days at Antonio’s parents’ house. It was going to be a long and relaxing weekend — full of sunshine, salty air, and family time.

The family decided to take some photos by the beach. As we walked out to the dock, Antonio and I paused to take a quick selfie (of course) — until I turned around and saw him down on one knee.

I was completely stunned. And just when I thought I couldn’t be more surprised, I noticed someone nearby snapping photos — it was my sister, dressed as a tourist, capturing the whole thing.

We walked back to the house, and my heart nearly exploded when I saw our friends and more family waiting to surprise us. There were hugs, happy tears, and so much love.

The night was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more
A perfect, unforgettable beginning to forever.
