There is a hotel block set up for both Friday, May 9th and Saturday, May 10th. Discounted rates are set up under the "Evans Smith Wedding Block" at $159.00 plus tax per night for king rooms and $169.00 plus tax for two queen beds. Cutoff to make your reservation is April 10, 2025. Once the cutoff date occurs, the discounted rate is no longer available. Please do not wait until the last minute to book.

For those of you flying in, the Lehigh Valley Airport is only 30 minutes from the venue and 20 minutes from the hotel. Otherwise, Philadelphia International Airport is about 1 1/2 hours away.
