It's not everyday that we get to feel fancy, and we want everyone to feel and look wedding-ready for our big day! That said, we know this is not a red carpet event, so we ask that everyone dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies: semi-formal or cocktail dresses / jumpsuits Gents: Dress shirt, slacks, suit or tie In addition: We would love for those true Philadelphia Eagles fans, to showcase their Birg Gang pride for the after party. Non-Eagles fans can stay classy in your wedding attire, especially those Cowboys fans! 😉
Due to our specific budgeting and limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus on, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
You know we love your little ones! However, we want everyone to be able to have a night off and truly enjoy your time, so we have decided to keep our wedding and reception more so adult friendly. Unless specified on your invitation, we ask you find someone great to watch your kiddos so you are able to enjoy fully!
Yes! Woodstone has a lot to offer all in one place to make this easy as possible for everyone, without the added stress! We are planning for an outdoor ceremony as weather permits (fingers crossed!). The outdoor ceremony space is down the path to the left of the lodge as you are walking towards it. There will be attendants and signs showing you the way. Golf carts will be readily available for those needing assistance to their seats. It is not your traditional seating of chairs on either side of the isle way, but tiered amphitheater style seating. This provides a great view at every seat. No need to pick a side either, we all are becoming family! In the event of inclement weather, our ceremony will be held inside the lobby of the lodge. There is plenty of signage to guide you the way. Cocktail hour will immediately proceed from the ceremony in the ballroom, which is just a short path away. It will be in the same room as the reception, but in the foyer area. There is plenty of space to mingle and enjoy before taking your seat, even on their beautiful outside deck to take in the beautiful grounds.
Yes! Please join us after the reception as we move from the ballroom to the attached restaurant/bar. This will be private for our group until 2am! This will be at a cost, so please ensure you have cash/cards readily available.
If we do not receive an RSVP by our March 30th deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. If there is a chance you are unsure if you can make it, but don't want to commit... please let Jess and Shane know prior to the RSVP date.
