Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear cocktail attire. We encourage mid-length to long dresses and suits, keeping in mind that June in Chicagoland may be especially warm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 10-20 minutes early to the ceremony so you have time to find a seat. Guests arriving late may have to wait until after the processional to be seated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large free parking lot directly across the street from the venue, and additional (though limited) parking adjacent to the building. Handicap parking available in both lots.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

We will have an outdoor, courtyard ceremony (weather permitting). Please feel free to bring handheld fans if needed; although the ceremony will be short, there is not much shade in the courtyard. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, but guests will also have the option to utilize the outdoor lounge area overlooking the Fox River during the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

We recommend utilizing Uber and Lyft to and from the hotels in the area! The Herrington Inn & Spa is within walking distance; it is located directly across the street from the venue.

Answer

Please RSVP by May 25th at the latest.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The venue can alter our menu selections to accommodate most food allergies; please list any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will notify the chefs.
