Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will have an indoor ceremony & reception but an outdoor cocktail hour.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

It will most likely be hot in the day (around 80 degrees) and cooler in the nighttime (as low as 60 degrees).

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes children are welcome and will be considered as an additional guest. Please note on your RSVP all Adults and Children that will be attending so our numbers are accurate.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes- we will also have customized drinks that we hope you will enjoy. Last call will be at 10:30 PM

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes. You are able to park near the entrance of the venue or in the lot directly across.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will have an "unplugged ceremony". We ask that you PLEASE refrain from using any device during our ceremony so that you may be present during our sacred union. We have a photographer and videographer that will capture all the magical moments and that we will be more than happy to share with our guests. After our ceremony you are free to take as many photos, selfies and videos as you wish! What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

It’s never too early to RSVP. We definitely appreciate the early notice but please RSVP no later than April 1st, 2025. We apologize but if we do not receive your RSVP by April 1st we will assume you’re unable to attend. Our final numbers must be submitted to our vendors by then.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Venue will be open from 4:00 PM. Our Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM with a Cocktail hour to follow after. Reception to open by 6:30 PM

Are there any recommendations on accommodations?

Answer

We’ve blocked out some rooms at the Holiday Inn Hotel located in Bethlehem, GA. It is less ten minutes away from where we live and 20 minutes away from the venue. At the moment, we are only able to block 10 rooms at a time, so once those have been reserved we will continue requesting additional rooms. Another great option is Airbnb, especially if traveling with a larger family/ group. You can check the TRAVEL tab for more information as well. What is the dress attire?

Answer

We would love our guests to come in formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a gown, cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit."

Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?

Answer

Please don't hesitate to call Chris (917)692-4714 or Stacey (917)808-0817 for any questions or concerns. Because we have very limited access during the day we may not be able to answer any calls, but please either leave a voicemail or send a text and we'll get back as soon as we can.

Are there other events scheduled that weekend?

Answer

Yes, we will have a Welcome celebration and The Day After get together. Please see the "Schedule" page for details on these events

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Although both Uber & Lyft service the area, we recommend Lyft as they are more available. There are other transportation services that you can schedule that service this area-- if you need help feel free to reach out to us
