We're finally getting married!

I'm sure you all know how the story goes with the ever famous High School Sweethearts- but its so much more than that. It all started in High School at third period in the guidance counselor's office when we locked eyes. I didn't give Chris the time or day but he was persistent! Eventually we became really good friends, so much so that we would spend hours on the phone every night just talking! Then on the night of 02/27/2008, while in the middle of our usual late night calls, Chris said he didn't want to go another day with out me being his girl. After that, while blushing and smiling from ear to ear, I said yes and we officially became girlfriend and boyfriend. We had such fun times being a new couple, with every weekend being a dinner date, going to the club, shopping sprees, and going on vacations, Oh to be young and in love!!! Fast forward to December 2014, we wanted to do something spontaneous! So we took a big step and decided to move to Georgia. Everything came into place so easily and we were still high on that young love. Then in May 2016, during my 25th Bday Weekend, we found that we were pregnant! Finding out we were having a little princess, our hearts fluttered more and more each day. On Christmas Day (2016), Chris finally popped the big question and asked me to be his Forever! And of course I said YES. We then had our Baby Girl January 2017. I can officially say that we rocked being first time parents and that just lit our fire even more to moving to the next chapter, finally purchasing our First Home. Unfortunately, Covid had put a pause on our plans, but believe me when I say, God does not forget and he will deliver. When I tell you that things just fell in place, all I could say was this was meant for us! January 2021, Chris and I flew back to GA and signed papers to start building our First home! After what we thought was FOREVER (only 4 month but still), in May 2021 we officially got our keys. And of course the blessings didn't stop there-- on Father's Day morning, we found out we were having another baby! In August 2021, we found out we were having a BOY and all three of us cried and jumped for joy. Finally February 2022, we were able to hold our baby Boy and our family felt complete! Now for the next step, Marriage! Even though we already feel AND act like an old married couple, we want to make it official while also celebrating our milestones that we accomplished as the power couple we are. This is the beginning of our happily ever after.....#finallySirkisoons
