Where are the festivities taking place?
Answer
0 Gore Springs Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161 The ceremony and reception will all be held at Kingston Downs. The entry gate will be off of Highway 411. If you are coming from Atlanta the gate will be on your right. If you are coming from downtown Rome it will be on your left on the opposite side of the divided highway. Please be cautious when getting close, it sneaks up on you. There is an old grain silo and small billboard sign that both say "Kingston Downs".

Can I take photos/videos during the day?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged! We have an incredible media team that will be capturing our ceremony. While they are focused on the procession, James and I have requested for them to take photos of our guests throughout the ceremony as well. That being said please refrain from having your phone out during the ceremony. Let our media team capture your reactions and presence at our beautiful ceremony rather than you behind your phone. While, we invite you be fully present in the beautiful scenery of the day, please feel free to take photos/videos during social hour and during the reception! Thank you for being a part of our big day!

What do I wear?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. The vibe is spring garden party if you need inspiration, but please wear whatever you feel best in! How do I get to the ceremony?
Answer
Upon arriving to Kingston Downs, there will be someone at the gate to greet you. Due to our venue's security protocols, we will be checking your name off the guest list as you arrive. Once you drive through the gate you will then drive straight back and follow signs for "Pavilion". The drive is about 8 minutes. We encourage you to enjoy the views and experience the vastness of our venue on the drive in! Please beware of wildlife such as deer, wild turkey, bunnies, armadillos, etc that may run in front of your car on the drive!

I am running late. What do I do?
Answer
If you arrive to the entry gate after 4:15, the gate will be reopened after the ceremony concludes. While you are welcome to, you may find waiting just outside of the gate inconvenient, as the entry is on a major road. You are welcome to take the hour and grab a cup of coffee in some of the places in Downtown Rome that we have listed on the "Things To Do". We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to our venue's security protocol, we are not allowed to leave the gate open unattended. You will have your name checked off the guest list upon entry to ensure no strangers enter the festivities.

Due to our venue's capacity and security protocols, we will only be able to accommodate those designated on your invitation!
