Arrival
3:45 am - 4:15 pm
There will be someone at the entry gate to welcome you! Please arrive on time and note it is about an 8-10 minute drive from the entry gate to the ceremony site. Please allow time to reach the ceremony site while taking in the beautiful views of the property and time for you to mingle and find your seat. We will have an usher driving a golf cart for those who need any assistance to get from the parking lot to the ceremony space. IMPORTANT: The entry gate will be closing promptly at 4:15 PM. If you arrive late, you will miss the ceremony. The gate will be reopened to late guests after the ceremony concludes. Not sure what to do if you are running late? See our FAQs page.

The ceremony and reception will be held at Kingston Downs. The reception space is just a short walk from the ceremony site. We will have a golf cart for anyone who needs assistance in getting between spaces. The attire is cocktail/semi-formal, but be sure to wear your best dancing shoes because we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
