There are tons of fun things to do right in The Domain - great restaurants, bars, and shops - so you definitely don’t have to venture far to have a great time! If you’re up for exploring, though, we’ve listed some of our favorite spots around Austin. The city is very Uber-friendly (though a bit spread out), and most places are about a 15-30 minute drive from The Domain depending on traffic.

Franklin Barbecue

Franklin Barbecue is one of Austin’s most famous BBQ spots, known for its incredible brisket. Definitely expect a line, but it’s worth it - especially if you go early!

Terry Black's Barbecue

Terry Black’s Barbecue is another great BBQ option known for its brisket, ribs, and (potentially) shorter wait times.
