Any FAQ's or questions regarding health & safety can be found here. Of course, if anyone has any other questions, please feel free to call/email/text us.
Question

Is there a COVID policy at your wedding?

Answer

For those of you who are unvaccinated and plan to attend, we do ask that you wear a mask to be considerate of anyone who may be at risk. For those who are vaccinated, we leave it up to you and what you're comfortable with in terms of wearing masks and social distancing. We will be sure to monitor the current state of COVID leading up to our event and will update everyone accordingly if there are any changes. We will also be sure to update this page with any new and important information.

Question

Wasn't there a church on the previous invite? Are you still having a church wedding?

Answer

No more church wedding - we had the mass and were married in the church last August, so this Fall we are planning to do a vow renewal with the processional of the bridal party and also include the filipino traditions since we weren't able to have everyone there the first time. But you'll notice that both the ceremony and reception will be held on the same property just different buildings!

Question

Do I have to stay at the Hershey Lodge to use the shuttle?

Answer

Nope! If you plan to stay at another hotel but would like to use the shuttle service, you'll just need to arrange transportation to and from the Hershey Lodge since that is the only pickup & drop off location. Be sure to be at the pick up location a little before the time listed since shuttles will depart from the hotel promptly at the time stated.

Question

Is there early check-in for those arriving Friday morning?

Answer

You can definitely call the hotel and request early check in (and let them know you're part of the Arriola/Settlemire wedding) and they will do their best to accommodate! If early check in is not available, you can do 'partial check in' where you can complete the check in process when you arrive and you will receive your room keys and they will text you once it's ready! (That way you don't have to worry about it later, you can just go straight to your room). *They will also give you your welcome bag, which will contain a timeline and helpful info about the day of (like addresses and shuttle information)! You can then leave your luggage with the front desk and they can deliver it to your room, that way if you're taking the shuttle you can board without having to worry about your stuff!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/formal attire! The groomsmen will be in a tux and bridesmaids will all be in long dresses, same for the wedding entourage, but suits and cocktail dresses/jumpsuits/what have you, are perfectly fine, too!
