Shuttles to the Ironstone Ranch
2:00 pm
325 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033
Shuttles will depart at 2:10pm sharp to take guests from the Hershey Lodge to the ceremony at Ironstone Ranch* There is only one shuttle run where all school buses will depart from the hotel at the same time to take guests to the ceremony. So please arrive a little beforehand so that you don't miss the shuttle departure. Pick up location will be at the FRONT - MAIN LOBBY ENTRACE

Formal/Cocktail Attire
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Ironstone Ranch. Our ceremony will be held in the Mini Barn.
The Celebration

Cocktail hour will be held in the lower level of the main barn immediately following the ceremony. Guests are also free to explore the grounds at Stone Gables Estate. For those who are driving, there is plenty of parking available on site. There will be signs on the property marked for Josh & Alexa
Shuttles at the end of the night

Shuttles will be ready outside Ironstone Ranch to take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Drop off will be located at the rear entrance of the hotel (same location as pickup). There is only one shuttle run.
