When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 1, 2025 using the RSVP tab on our wedding website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" on our wedding website so we can plan accordingly, thank you!

What time should I arrive?

The wedding ceremony starts at 6 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Our venue has free on-site parking and has plenty of parking spaces.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear along with your name when you RSVP on our wedding website. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

What is the dress code of the wedding? What colors are we allowed to wear?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is black tie/formal. For the women, please dress in knee to floor length dresses. No white dresses even if there is a pattern. As for the men, please wear suits. No jeans and polos.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and the dinner after party will be outdoors. The dinner will be indoors.

Yes, both the ceremony and receptions locations are wheelchair accessible.

What gifts can we bring?
Answer
The gifts that are listed on our registry are our honeymoon & home funds. We are not asking for any physical gifts. You can also Zelle us at (916) 882-3022 or genelsagwyneth@gmail.com. We also have Venmo, our usernames are @Gwen-Genelsa-1 and @Ethan-Serrano-2.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Answer
There will be a limited bar at the wedding. Once the amount set aside by us is exceeded, it will become a cash bar.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and don't forget to share them with us!
