We invite you to come early and enjoy a cocktail hour on us. There will be various wine and beer available for all guests. Please remember only those listed on the RSVP are invited to attend the ceremony. To help with confusion, you will also receive a specific pink invitation to the ceremony if you are invited to attend. As much as we would love to share this moment with everyone, the seating is limited. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you all afterwards!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour before the reception. There will be a light snack available as well as a seltzer, draft beer ,and signature cocktails for all guest to enjoy during this time.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The reception is to begin following the arrival of the bridal party. After entrances, the food will begin being served buffet style. The Downtown will be catering so please bring an appetite! A seltzer and beer on draft as well as nonalcoholic drinks will be available all night for guests to enjoy. Alternative drinks will also be available for purchase at the bar.
11:00 pm
All guests are invited to continue the party at the bar connected to the event hall. In the event that you are ready to end your night instead, the Americinn hotel is within walking distance of the event hall.
