When should I book my hotel?

Please book your hotel by 10/30/26. The room block discount is on a first come, first serve basis. Once the blocked rooms are booked, make your reservation directly with the hotel.

What time should guest arrive for the wedding?

Please ensure that you arrive by no later than 2:30PM. The ceremony will start at 3PM. Any guest arriving after this time will need to wait near the parking lot until the bride, groom, and wedding party have taken their places.

As much as we'd love to include everyone, please check your save the date and invite for more information. However, we recognize that people will be traveling with kids, so please know that they are welcomed to the Friday Welcome Dinner and Sunday Fun Day!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! All wedding events will take place at La Hacienda on Snow Hill in Brooksville, FL.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is completely outdoors with grass paths. Please plan attire and shoes (block heels, wedges, etc.) accordingly.

What should I wear?

Friday 11/20 Welcome Dinner: Attire is nice dinner, cocktail. Saturday 11/21 Ceremony & Reception: Attire is artful black tie, optional, with the color palette of rich, earthy tones, antique metals with room for neutrals (i.e. deep greens, light browns, tans, clay, copper, bronze, etc.). Black suits and dresses are acceptable. Please refrain from wearing shades of white and deep browns. For women, soft tailoring, draped silhouettes, and elevated textures, are welcomed. For men, full suits, preferred, tuxedo, optional. Sunday 11/22 Sunday Fun Day: Casual - bathing suit, beachwear, and sandals.

Is the wedding unplugged?

You are encouraged to take pictures throughout the wedding and share them with us! However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We would love for you to be present. We promise to share the professional images captured with you guys!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please check online or your favorite weather app for the most up-to-date information. However, we will most likely be expecting cooler Florida weather during the day between 70s and 60s, with the evening cooling down to the 60s and 50s.

Will there be an open bar and should I bring cash?

Yes! However, please ensure you bring cash to tip the bartenders.

Are there any pre- or post- wedding events?

Yes! Please reference the 'Schedule' tab for more information as we approach the wedding weekend. We are planning for a Friday Welcome Dinner before the wedding and a casual Sunday Fun Day at the beach the day after the wedding.
