Forever continues here

Janah and Adam's story begins during August 2011 at Boca Ciega High School in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they first met in a stagecraft class. Janah was a freshman, Adam a sophomore, and what started as a simple introduction quickly became an easy friendship. From the beginning, Janah was drawn to Adam’s humor and lightheartedness, while Adam was intrigued by Janah’s confidence and genuine warmth. Those early impressions set the foundation for a connection that continued to grow throughout the school year. That summer, they found themselves spending more time together, hanging out at the beach, wandering around John’s Pass, and many days boating and fishing. It was during those uncomplicated moments that they truly got to know each other and realized how naturally they clicked. Later that following school year, on November 11, 2012, during the St. Jude’s Fair, Adam asked Janah to be his girlfriend. An intimate moment on the Ferris wheel turned into the start of something lasting that neither one of them would have ever anticipated, and one of those memories they still smile about today. As they grew up, so did their relationship. Adam admired Janah’s intelligence, compassion, and adventurous spirit; Janah found comfort in Adam’s patience, warmth, and ability to make any situation feel lighter. Over the years, they've built a partnership rooted in mutual respect, curiosity, and an appreciation for each other’s strengths. The years that followed took them from Gainesville, FL to Saint Petersburg, FL and then over to Los Angeles, California, with plenty of exploring in between. They've hiked, scuba dived, and traveled to places they once only talked about visiting. Throughout the years they've continued to share a love for music, comedy, and weird experiences. All while bringing their pug, Bently, along for the journey (he's now visited seven states). On September 3, 2024, in Ubud, Bali, Adam proposed at the Tegallalang Rice Terrace. A private sunrise moment, where after all this time, they were both filled with nerves, where Adam asked, 'Will you marry me?' and Janah whispered, 'Yes'.
