Are there any restrictions due to COVID?

Answer

We are currently monitoring all of the restrictions for COVID in New York. In order to attend our wedding ceremony at Fordham University each guest must fill out the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/aHFRqD3rpzv41XJd6 Please copy and paste the link into a new browser to fill out the form. You will not be allowed to attend the ceremony at Fordham without completing this form and providing your COVID Vaccination Card or Negative PCR Test prior to the wedding date. All of the details on how to do that are explained in the Google Form. Additionally, you will need to present your vaccination card (a picture on your phone will do) or negative test at the security gate upon arrival to Fordham. At this time there are no restrictions for our reception at The View on the Hudson. If anything changes, we will provide all of the updates through our website. Is there parking at Fordham University?

Answer

Yes! University parking is accessed through the main entrance on Southern Boulevard. Inform the security guard that you are there for the Schleimer Wedding and they will help direct you to the garage. Please note that it is a 15 minute walk from the parking garage to the University Church.

Is there parking at The View on the Hudson?

Answer

Yes. There is valet parking available at the reception venue.

Will there be transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus that will take guests to and from the reception to the Hotel Nyack.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire. There will be coat check at the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food allergies can be accommodated the night of the reception. Please feel free to reach out to Amanda or Frank at amanda.ceraldi@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your children and are happy to have them join us for our Ceremony at Fordham! Unfortunately, we will not be able to have children attend the reception.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding Mass?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged wedding Mass. While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones and cameras to the reception, we politely request that all devices be turned off during the ceremony. Once we receive the professional images from our photographer after the wedding, we will be happy to send them to you!
