Frank and Amanda met in Summer 2018 when they both started working at Catholic University. Their relationship as coworkers changed in Fall 2019 when Frank invited Amanda over to watch a New York Rangers hockey game. From there, they began spending a significant amount of time together and Frank asked Amanda on their first official date to Georgetown on November 21, 2019. After a couple of weeks spending time together, even before their first official date, Frank and Amanda knew that their love was unlike anything else they had ever experienced. This love was special, one they knew would last forever. By that first date, Amanda already knew that she was completely and totally in love with Frank. It seemed so silly to try and pretend that she wasn’t feeling what she was feeling, so on their first date at dinner Amanda looked at Frank and said, “what if I more than like you?” He smiled her favorite smile and replied, “what do you mean?” Amanda smiled the biggest smile back and said, “I love you, Frank.” He immediately said, “I love you, Amanda.” That night their whole world changed because they knew they were with the person they’d spend the rest of their life with! One year to the date from that first date in Georgetown, on November 21, 2020, Frank took Amanda back to the same place where they first told each other "I love you," got down on one knee, and asked her to spend her life with him. It was the easiest question that Amanda ever answered, and she replied, "YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!" Now, they are getting more and more excited each day as they prepare for their marriage! They cannot wait to celebrate their love with their family and friends!
