Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Ceremony and reception will be taking place at our venue, The Woodbine Mansion located in Round Rock, Texas.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. Please, no jeans.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Please arrive with enough time to find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We shared the number of seats we reserved for you on your RSVP card.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking spaces around the property and nearby.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place inside of the mansion.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Texas weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, all events will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking all phones and devices be put away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you want!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

No; however, Austin has lots of great hotels and rentals around the city. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.
