Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are black tie optional.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everything can start on time.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a shuttle that is picking up guests from The Saratoga Hilton (534 Broadway) to bring guests to the Hall of Springs. The shuttle will be at the Hilton starting at 4PM and will make multiple trips as necessary. Please keep in mind our ceremony starts promptly at 5PM. We will also have shuttles picking up from the Hall of Springs starting at 10PM to drop guests back off at The Saratoga Hilton. Our reception ends at 10:30PM, so the shuttle will make multiple trips as necessary. Uber and Lyft is also available!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have secured a block of rooms at The Saratoga Hilton and the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Saratoga. Please refer to the "Travel" tab with more details along with additional hotel recommendations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kiddos, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the Hall of Springs.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party the night before the wedding as well as a brunch the day after the wedding. Please refer to the "Schedule" tab for more details!
