Is there a dress code?

(Inspo above!) Ladies: It’s long gowns only - no short dresses sneaking in, we’re watching! 😄 Please avoid white, wine red, and any shade of green (save those for another fabulous day). Gents: This is a BOW tie affair - no regular ties allowed. We’re keeping it strictly formal, so no blue jeans under any circumstances. Mujeres: Solo vestidos largos permitidos, por favor no usar blanco, vinotinto o cualquier sombra de verde Hombres: las corbatas NO estan permitidas, por favor usar corbatin de moño o lazos! NO se aceptan blue jeans bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Why does Fabi call Alex "Rupito"?

Answer

“Rupito” comes from Alex’s nickname “Ruppe.” In Spanish, adding the suffix -ito makes things sound smaller, sweeter, or more affectionate. So Fabi took the Spanish phonetic of “Ruppe” — Rupi — and added -ito, creating “Rupito,” her loving nickname for Alex.

Most +1s are already listed in the RSVP. We do have limited capacity, but we’re happy to include additional guests as long as we’re informed before July 1st, 2026.

Do you have any hotel/airbnb recommendations?

Answer

We highly recommend staying in the South End area near The Paces South End. The venue offers ample parking and is within easy driving distance. Hotels in Uptown or the South End area are great options. We’ve also included several Airbnb recommendations in the Travel tab of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking and is within easy driving distance from Charlotte.
