Question

Are Children Allowed at the Wedding?

Answer

While both brides would prefer you leave the little ones at home we understand that that is not always possible. If you are coming from out of town, have a new baby, or just can't find a babysitter we understand but please note that we will be playing music that might not be appropriate for some ears. Will we be bringing in a babysitting and ordering pizza for the little ones during the ceremony.

Question

If the wedding is in Hilliard, FL why am I staying in Jacksonville?

Answer

Hilliard, FL is a very small town that does not have an airport and does not have affordable safe hotels. The Jacksonville International Airport is surrounded by affordable, safe hotels and is only 35 minutes away from the venue. Jacksonville also has more options for food, medical emergencies, hotels, shopping, and actives.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes we will be serving wine and beer at the wedding but we will not be serving hard liquor.

Question

How can I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP either by sending back the RSVP card or online right at this website!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Sadly unless your invitation stated that you can have a plus one, you cannot bring one. We mean no disrespect to anyone but sadly we cannot afford everyone.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

September 25, 2020 by 11:59 pm

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding and post them on social media?

Answer

Please do not take photos at the ceremony. The brides have paid for a photographer and all those precious moments will be captured. Please feel free to take photos at the reception and of course you can post them! Post them with the hashtag #theruddys2020 so the brides will be able to find them all after the wedding!

Question

When should I be at the Venue?

Answer

You should plan to arrive at the venue at 4:30 pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We want all our guests to be comfortable so if the heels are too high kick those bad boys off and if that button is too tight you should unbutton it!
