Indianapolis Museum of Art
The IMA is great! Even though it will be cold, check out more than just the museum. It's on beautiful grounds with lots of gardens and paths to explore.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum
Sarah loves the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indianapolis 500... not ironically. Check out the museum to see the old cars from more than 100 years of racing at the Speedway. If you're inspired, go over to Speedway Indoor Karting to try your hand at racing-- at much lower speeds. Need some liquid courage first? Stop in at Daredevil brewing, also just a few blocks from the IMS.
Indianapolis Public Library - Central Library
It's just a gorgeous library.

Relatively new distillery in Indianapolis. Gorgeous space, good drinks.

Good coffee in a cool space.
Fountain Square
Cute neighborhood with restaurants, bars, bowling.

Old standby for brunch. Milktooth is the buzzy alternative. Get the Cuban breakfast.

Down the street from the IMS. Good beer, cute location.
