Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport
If flying in for the wedding weekend, Patrick and Kennedy recommend using Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, as it is the closest airport to Tybee Island. The airport is approximately a 45-minute drive to Tybee and about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. The airport offers a wide variety of flight options, including several budget airline routes.

Tybee Cab Companies
Breezy Riders is Tybee Island’s local taxi service, and Patrick and Kennedy highly recommend using it to get around the island throughout the wedding weekend. The service operates 24/7 and offers rides anywhere on the island for $5 per person (cash only). Other local taxi services that can be found on Tybee Island include Tybee Turtle Transit and Islands Taxi. Uber and Lyft are also available options, but may be limited/require booking ahead.

Accommodations
Kennedy and Patrick highly recommend staying on Tybee Island, where the welcome party, ceremony and reception will take place. The venue is located on the north end of the island, but no matter where you stay on Tybee, you’ll be just a short distance from all the celebration! There will not be a formal room block, but Tybee Island offers a variety of rental homes, condos and hotel options for guests. Staying on Tybee is highly encouraged to fully enjoy the wedding weekend and everything the island has to offer. Though accommodations in Savannah are also an option for those who prefer to stay downtown, please keep in mind that Savannah is about 30 minutes away from Tybee Island and transportation options may be limited.
