Our primary plan will be to host the short (20-30 minute) ceremony outdoors - the remainder of the evening will be INDOORS. Because of this, we encourage guests to add any necessary layers to their outfits pending the forecast. Dress coats and wraps for women are welcome. We appreciate you planning ahead and keeping an eye on the forecast! If it's not raining, we're going to go for it! Cocktail hour and the reception will be INDOORS within The Star Barn itself.

Yes! We are providing coach busses from The Hershey Hotel to The Star Barn on Saturday, April 6th - these same busses will bring guests back at the end of the wedding. We strongly encourage guests to ride along to kick off celebrations - thank you in advance for planning accordingly! Busses will begin departing around 3 p.m. EST - look for signage in The Hershey Hotel for more details, day-of.
At the reception, we are doing a buffet-style dinner of can't-miss classic comfort foods. There will be a pescatarian option on the buffet. Guests who noted gluten, dairy, or vegan allergies in their RSVP forms will be served a unique plate that is not from the buffet. Cocktail hour will feature multiple hors d'oeuvres - something for everyone.
All members of your invited party will appear when you enter your information to RSVP online. Only a select few children of immediate family member's have been invited. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! There is plenty of parking on-site at The Star Barn. It's a very short, 2 minute walk to the venue area - should you need any assitance, we will have access to a golf cart and driver to make sure we easily get you where you need to go.
