Friday Welcome Cocktails

Casual Cocktail Attire

Join us in kicking off our wedding weekend at The Hershey Hotel with welcome cocktails in the Castilian Room, located one level up from the main lobby.

Wedding Ceremony + Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Black Tie Attire

There will be coach busses (beverages provided + allowed!) taking guests from the front of the The Hotel Hershey to The Star Barn. Bus loops will begin departing at 3 p.m. ET - the last bus will leave promptly at 3:30 p.m. ET to ensure on time arrival for the 4 p.m. ceremony. Busses will return guests from the reception, back to The Hotel Hershey - their will be an early bird bus at 8:30 p.m., with the remainder of busses leaving at 10 p.m. We encourage you to take the bus! The ceremony begins at 4 p.m. ET and will be held outside for 30 minutes, weather permitting. We will have heel stoppers for any stileto-wearing guests to walk comfortably on the grass. Please layer according to the forecast - pashminas or dress coats for women encouraged. Thank you in advance for checking the forecast! Cocktail hour, dinner and reception to follow. Dinner will be a buffet with multiple options to choose from! Those who noted allergies in their RSVPs will be served a customized plate.

Sunday Brunch

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

While we know many guests have busy lives to head back to, you're welcome to join us for a post-wedding brunch before getting on the road.
