Pienza
Pienza is a beautiful town approx 1 hour drive from Città della Pieve. It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located in Southern Tuscany. The town itself and the surrounding areas are absolutely stunning and we would highly recommend for a day trip.
Lago Trasimeno
The fourth largest lake in Italy, Lake Trasimeno is around a 25 min drive (depending on which town you visit) from Città della Pieve. We'd recommend Castiglione del Lago, it's also possible to get a 30min ferry to one of the islands from here.
Vineyard Tour/Wine Tasting
Umbria / Tuscany has no shortage of vineyards and wineries. If you're into your wine, we would definitely recommend spending an afternoon visiting vineyards and sampling some of the local wine.
