we're getting married!

Hello there, this is Andy. You'll have to wait until the big day for my speech, but for now here's a whistle-stop tour of our story to date. Danielle doesn't admit it freely, but the hard truth is: this love story first began on hinge. My profile was absolutely fire so that’s no surprise. However, due to geographical constraints (200 miles is a long way to travel for a first date), it was summer 2024 when this show finally got on the road. I was at a wedding myself, fairly plastered, and plucked up the courage to reach out to Danielle and put it on the line. It was love at first Instagram DM, great success, and a day or two later I hopped on the train to Leeds for our first date. I picked the venue, and of course it was the LOUDEST bar in Leeds. Looking back, this was actually pretty hilarious and actually encouraged Danielle to slide a little closer to me on the beer garden bench. Anyway, the date was amazing, and Danielle was every bit as beautiful, funny, and smart as I’d hoped. The next day I went off on a road trip with my dad and brothers for a week and it’s safe to say I knew something special was cooking. When I say the rest is history, I mean it in every sense of the word! Danielle was pretty much moved into my place a couple of months later, along with Rue, our little sausage dog, which really sweetened the deal. I can’t wait to marry Danielle next year, and I doubly can’t wait to share the experience with you all. The plans for the weekend are something special and I can assure good vibes all around.
