The shuttle will be leaving from Hotel Viata at 3:30pm on Saturday. It will leave without you, so please leave yourself enough time beforehand. The same bus will then return to the hotel at the end of the night.
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal). Women: Please opt for a short cocktail dress or a long maxi dress. We are having a spring wedding so feel free to go all out with florals, color, and texture. Have fun with it! Men: You are encouraged to wear dress pants (slacks or khakis) with a dress shirt, jacket, and tie. We kindly ask that men do not wear jeans.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Once the ceremony begins, we will not be allowing any late guests in until cocktail hour! If you are staying at Hotel Viata, you'll be able to ride the shuttle and won't have to worry about timing! We will provide more details regarding shuttle timing closer to the date.
Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor and the full name of any plus ones. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who isn't listed. Thank you for understanding!
Kindly RSVP by February 1st. You'll be able to RSVP when you receive your invitation in January 2024.

Barr Mansion has a parking lot that will be able to accommodate anyone driving themselves. We also have a shuttle for those staying at or near Hotel Viata to take you to and from the wedding.
