Maid of Honor
Alexandria a.k.a Ally has been one of Alex's best friends since high school. They've been through a lot together, and even though life has changed immensely since those days, one thing has stayed constant: their friendship with one another. Ally is not only beautiful on the outside, but has a heart of gold on the inside! She's someone who will tell you what you need to hear, even when it's not what you want to hear. She's honest, loving, and wants the best for everyone she meets. Plus, she's a mom and makes the cutest babies.
Best Man
The man who started this whole thing and he has been Thomas' best friend since day one. The term "best man" actually applies here, because he really is the best man that I know. Thomas strives to lead his life and marriage the same way Glenn has his entire life. We would tell you why his nickname is 'June Bug' but it's a family secret!
Matron of Honor
Meet Jo. They met when Thomas and Alex started dating, and these two quickly realized they were cut from the same cloth. Their friendship evolved quickly and genuinely... even though Alex thought Jovanna didn't like her the first time they met ;) From sipping wine to breaking it down on the dance floor, these two are nothing short of a fun time when they're together. Jovanna and Alex's friendship isn't just surface level though. These two have laughed (a lot), cried (a little), and have spent some of their most memorable moments together - like cruising the Bahamas with Zach and Thomas, planning their next trips, and discussing life goals!
Groomsman
Thomas and Zach met on their first day at Aldi. They immediately began debating some high level topic, because that's what they do. While they have both since left Aldi, you can still find them hanging out and debating something...really, anything. If you have an opinion around these two, you had better be able to back up your claim with significant evidence. Fortunately, Zach's wife (Jovanna) liked Alex as much as Thomas so now the four of them spend their spare time traveling the world together.
Bridesmaid
Emily and Alex met in their college sororities days and instantly knew they were going to be best friends. Emily is Alex's "Little Sister" from their sorority Kappa Delta. If you see a cute ray of sunshine at the wedding, it's probably just Emily being her genuine self. She's a light that loves everyone, especially those that have a dog with them. Not only is she sweet, but she's smart. Catch her working at the hospital in Florida or spending time with her puppy Cash.
Groomsman
Tyler and Thomas met during Thomas' last year at UNC (as an extension of Tyler's friendship with John Spivey). Their friendship was solidified the night that Tyler took Thomas on a "shortcut" through the woods, where Thomas ended up falling in a creek. Tyler lived with Thomas in Charlotte off and on for four years before Thomas finally convinced him to buy a house. Before Alex, it was common for the two of them to receive one check when they ate out together. If you want to learn something, ask him about goats.
Bridesmaid
Meet the girl with the pink hair - Kara. Yes, it's all natural (just kidding), but her hair is reflective of her personality - girly and fun. This chick can get real deep real quick, is always giggling, and will 100% analyze your enneagram (if you don't know what that is just ask her). Kara and Alex's friendship runs on memes and dreams. Catch them either working out, calling each other out, or talking about deleting social media only to keep it because it's what they do for a living.
Groomsman
Thomas and Ron met when they were assigned together as random roommates at UNC. It only took one semester before Ron could understand what Thomas was saying. Something must have sparked because the two of them grew into brothers and they lived together all four years of college. After they graduated, Ron was responsible for getting Thomas on his first airplane, when they flew to Ron's homeland of Puerto Rico. This sparked Thomas' love for travel. Ron is currently a Lieutenant in the US Air Force completing his first year of medical school.
Groomsman
James, what a guy. Thomas was responsible for signing off on the hiring of James to be a District Manager at Aldi. After he was hired, they grew even closer when Thomas helped to train James. James was bounced around all over NC and SC for a couple of years but you could always find him and Thomas keeping in touch. These two support each others dreams like nobody's business. Although they aren't turkeys, you might think they were if you headed down to the local bowling alley on Wednesday nights.
Groomsman
Jesse and Thomas met in middle school. You could always find them holding each other accountable, debating some topic (this seems to be a trend), or drinking a gallon of milk in one sitting (gross, we get it). No matter if it was racquetball or golf, these two were always competing at something. Now that they are adults the competition has somewhat slowed down, but the friendship hasn't. They both still enjoy a game of spikeball and drinks on the beach.
Bridesmaid
You can find Jill hittin' the slopes where she resides in Utah. Alex met this gal in college when their dads hired them to work at an engineering company. Through heartbreak, life changing moments, and everything in between, these two have always maintained their friendship even while living thousands of miles apart. The best part about their relationship? The weirder they act, the more fun they have. Find her sipping wine, jamming to Lizzie McGuire's "This Is What Dreams Are Made Of," or trying to sell you a house (she's a real estate agent after all).
Groomsman
What a cheeky fellow. Tom is Thomas' best mate across the pond. Thomas jokes that the only good thing his old boss ever did was make him Tom's peer adviser for his two years in the US. When they first met, neither of them could understand the other's accent. Now these mates carry on conversation like Tom has been saying "yes ma'am" his whole life. Even though it was Thomas' job to make sure Tom enjoyed his time in the US (which must have been a success, just ask Tom), it was Tom who helped show Thomas the ropes when he, and Alex, visited Europe in 2018.
Bridesmaid
Meet Aunt Allie - Thomas' sister. While she's not an aunt to humans yet, she does have aunt-like duties to her Penny and Lane, Alex and Thomas' fur children. Allie is too smart for her own good, so you'll find that she's the best Pathologist Assistant you'll ever meet. If she's not studying or working, you can guarantee she's playing fetch with her adorable dog Sage a.k.a Sagey-pants.
Groomsman
There is such a thing as love at first site. If you ask J-Spivey, he'll let you know that Thomas was his boy from the day Thomas walked into class wearing a camo hat and crocs. It is hard to believe that they didn't meet until second semester of their senior year at UNC. While they could have gone pro on the improv circuit, they both pursued separate careers but still kept pushing each other to be better. Until you commit to giving your best friend wake up calls, you don't know friendship. J-Spivey is well on his way to being the mayor of Raleigh, or at least of Glenwood.
Usher
If you hear electronic music start playing, you'll know that Jacob must be nearby. Even though he's Alex's brother, these two couldn't be more different. While they're both artistically inclined, he is very talented musically - especially when it comes to creating music. Jacob resides in South Florida where he works on car mechanics and tries new vegan foods.
