Semi-formal attire
We are getting married at Therese's parish which is of the Byzantine Catholic Church of the Ruthenian tradition, one of the many Eastern Rites of the Catholic Church. In the Eastern Catholic tradition, the couple is crowned in marriage and the Divine Liturgy is the equivalent to the Roman Catholic Mass. The main celebrant of the Holy Mystery of Crowning and the Divine Liturgy will be Bishop Milan Lach, SJ.

Located in the old Slovenian neighborhood surrounding the Slovenian parish of St. Vitus (just a few blocks from where Johnny's parents grew up) the Slovenian National Home is a community staple for many large Slovenian events. Parking is in the rear of the building off of Addison Road (take Diemer Court); additional parking can be found across from Spilker Avenue. Please enter the venue from the main doors on St. Clair. When exiting, a door in the rear of the building can be used, security will be present.

We will be announcing the bridal party and beginning with the blessing of food at 5:45pm. Be ready for a night of dancing; we hope you'll still be partying hard to send us off at 11pm! The venue closes at 11:30pm.
