When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible and no later than March 1st, 2022.

When are payments due?
Answer
The $100 deposit per person, per room, is due by March 1st, 2022. The final payment is due September 1st, 2022. Payments can be done in increments; please speak with Kelli Carney for details.

What is the COVID-19 vaccination/testing policy?
Answer
*As of January 7, 2022, local guidelines state that Mexico is open to travelers. There is no need to provide a negative PCR test or quarantine on arrival, though most resorts ask guests to fill out health questionnaires. There are health screenings at airports. In returning to the US, all travelers will require a negative COVID-19 test taken within one day of their departing flight, regardless of vaccination status. This test will be provided by our resort. *This information is subject to change, we will do our best to update our guests via this website as changes are announced. Thank you for your patience & cooperation.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, beach formal. - Summer Suits - Linen pants - Khakis - Light Dress Shirts - Hawaiian shirt - Flowy dresses - Jumpsuits Please see link of examples *Reception will be held on the beach, so please take that into consideration when deciding on shoes.

If your invitation was addressed with a plus one, feel free to bring a date! If you have any questions, please reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please include on your RSVP and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing shuttles that will be leaving on an as filled basis.

Do we need to book the same amount of nights as the bride and groom plan to?
Answer
We understand it is a big ask to come to Mexico for our wedding. We know everyone’s schedules and financial situations are different. Please feel free to book as many or as little nights that suit your situation.

What is included if I book through Kelli Carney?
Answer
Kelli will assist with booking flights to and from your home airport, group discount rates, shuttles to and from Cancun Airport to the resort, all inclusive resort accommodation, shuttles to and from hotel and ceremony.

What does an all inclusive entail?
Answer
Hotel accommodations, food, and beverages.

What if I can’t make it to Mexico?
Answer
We will be providing a zoom link located on our website of the entire ceremony through our photographer.

What if I am coming from afar and want to visit Chaz and Theresa before or after the wedding?
Answer
We would love to have you! Please reach out to Chaz or Theresa on helping you coordinate timing and accommodations for these travels.

Will there be transportation to/from the Cancun airport to the resort?
Answer
Transportation is only provided if you are booking through Kelli Carney. If you would like to forgo our travel agent, you will need to book your own transportation accordingly.
