COVID-19

Dear Loved Ones, With the uncertainty of the Covid-19 epidemic, we have reluctantly come to the conclusion that we cannot proceed with our July 25, 2020 wedding plans. We want all of our family and friends to take every precaution to be safe and well. We plan to have a very simple ceremony within the bounds of the coronavirus restrictions at St. Malo (with a very small group who are socially distancing). It is not the celebration we imagined and will dearly miss sharing this special day with all of you. It will certainly be a day to remember! Whatever the outer challenges, our love for each other is boundless and we look forward to committing to each other come July. Love to you all, Alex & Theresa

How we met

First comes school then comes marriage

Alex and I met in Middle school but it wasn't until junior year of high school that I realized I liked him. He always brought me sodas after lunch and high fived me when I saw him in the hallways. Senior year of high school we sat together in a class and I knew that was my chance to lay down the moves. Long story short, we ended up dating and going to homecoming together. There is an awkward picture of us together which I will include on this website. We became really close and had/have lots of similar nerdy interests. After 7 years together, through long distance and the military I love Alex more everyday and can't wait to marry this goofy man! Theresa and I have been in school together since middle school. My first memory of Theresa is watching her crash her bike into a chain link fence, bouncing up and yelling "I'm okay!" After that we became friends, and were in several classes together. During senior year we sat next to each other and I had the moves put on me. We went to homecoming together and later prom. We have spent lots of time being together and apart as Theresa spent two years in Germany while I was in college. When she moved back we moved in together and have been growing in commitment and love for one another while Theresa goes to school and works several jobs and I work both in construction and with the Army National Guard.

For all the days along the way
