The cut off date to book within the room block period will be May 8th, 2026 A shuttle will be provided to pick up guests from hotel to venue and back once wedding is over for those who are staying at the hotel. Please reserve a spot on the shuttle if you plan on using it, the times available are 2:35pm-2:40pm, 3:15pm-3:20pm, 3:55pm-4 pm. Keep in mind that you do not have to show up to ceremony until 4 so choose your times with thought as you will be waiting !
