We’re Getting Married!

Nate and Cassie technically knew of each other for most of their lives. They went to the same schools, shared classes, and even walked the same route to and from school growing up. Somehow, despite always being only about ten houses apart, they never truly crossed paths. Looking back, it feels like they were always close to one another, just waiting for the right moment. That moment came during their senior year of high school on Halloween of 2018. Nate made a comment about how cute Cassie looked in her costume, and from that day on, the two never stopped talking. What started as a simple conversation quickly became something much more! On December 26, 2018, Nate officially asked Cassie to be his girlfriend and from then on, they were inseparable. As the years passed, they realized just how many chances they had unknowingly had to meet long before they actually did. The timing, it seemed, finally caught up with them. Wanting to set the bar high, Nate planned a trip to Hawaii to propose. On May 5, 2024, surrounded by the beauty of the islands, a few close friends and his sister, he asked Cassie to marry him, and she said yes. By the time they say “I do,” they will have been together for seven and a half years! Proof that sometimes the right person has been nearby all along, and love simply finds you when it’s meant to! <3
