Is there parking?

Answer

There will be parking available at the reception along with shuttle service provided form the hotel to the venue. Formal details to follow. For the ceremony there is a small parking lot next to the church. We recommend our guests leave with ample time to find parking in the case that the lot is full.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our big day with friends and family! Your invitation will specify if you have been given a plus-one. We kindly ask that you follow the details listed on your invitation.

Will there be accommodations for dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want all of our guests to enjoy the food at our wedding. When you RSVP there will be an opportunity to add dietary restrictions or allergies.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the evening is formal or black tie attire. We encourage that our female guests wear a gown (of any color), and that our male guests wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo. We ask that you please avoid colors reserved for the bride traditionally (whites, ivorys, and creams).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the wedding party will be taking photos. The guests are encouraged to explore local sites during the time in between the ceremony and reception. A great place to visit during this time of year is the famous Christmas Village, which is located outside City Hall directly across the street from the reception venue. We understand there are several hours in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We want all of our guests to enjoy the day doing what is most convenient for them.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We are so appreciative that you have made arrangements to be with us on this special day!
