The dress code is black tie suggested. For the men, dark suit or tuxedo and for the ladies, long evening gowns or formal cocktail dresses.
Yes, we have multiple room blocks all located very close to the venue. Some of the hotels offer complimentary shuttles within a 2 mile radius as well. All of the hotels are within 2 miles of the John Marshall.
While we love your kiddos just as much as you do, this is an adult only celebration and hopefully a fun kids-free night out!
Your invitation will indicate how many seats have been reserved in your honor. When you RSVP through our website, it will indicate the number of guests as well. Please be considerate of our venue’s capacity.
We are not providing direct transportation to the ceremony or reception. However, the hotels are in walking distance and some provide a complimentary shuttle to the John Marshall. There will be time between the ceremony and reception to drop off your car at your hotel.
The church where the ceremony is being held has a parking lot and free street parking around the church. We will be providing parking spots at the Moxy which is located next to the reception space. If you need a parking spot please make sure to include that in your RSVP so we can ensure you are on the list. You must remove your car by 3 am.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
