Where's the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Contigo Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas! Address for GPS: 13454 Lower Crabapple Road, Fredericksburg, TX, 78624 Important Note: There is no restroom at the Ceremony Site. (we're getting married on a bluff at the ranch) You can use the restroom at the Barn on the venue property if you need to go before the ceremony!

Do you have any lodging recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our favorite hotel in the area is the Fredericksburg Inn & Suites. We also recommend looking into Airbnbs in Fredericksburg... there are a ton of options and lots of large homes if you'd like to stay with a group! Check out the Travel & Accommodations tab for more details.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a shuttle that will take you to and from the wedding venue! It's around 20 mins outside of Downtown Fredericksburg. 1st Pickup 2:30 PM - Fredericksburg Inn & Suites 201 S Washington St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624 2nd Pickup 2:45 PM - Fredericksburg Visitor Bureau 302 E Austin St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is Western Inspired Formal. Channel your inner cowboy! Ladies are urged to wear midi/floor length gowns or elevated separates. There's lots of grass and rocks, so keep that in mind when choosing footwear. (We're wearing boots!) Guys should wear a dark suit with a tie or a tux. Hats and boots are encouraged! No jeans please. The wedding party will be dressed in black. Our ceremony will be outside and the reception is indoor/outdoor, so please dress for the weather!

What's the weather like in Texas this time of year?

Answer

Weather in Texas can be all over the place in early December! We are expecting 60-70s during the day, but it could be colder (or hotter) than that! We plan on having the ceremony outside, so please pack a jacket in case it's a little chilly! Honestly just check the weather app and assume it's about 50% accurate. ;)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our reception venue, we are unable to accommodate anyone that's not listed on your RSVP. We thank you for understanding and hope this won't hinder you from attending!

We ask that only those listed on your RSVP attend :)

When is the deadline to RSVP & what happens if I miss it?

Answer

Please respond by September 30th! If you don't respond in time, we will unfortunately not be able to save you a seat! Our vendors need final guest count info shortly after the RSVP deadline to create our final plans. Thank you for understanding!

Question

I RSVP'd yes, but now I can't attend. What do I do?!

Answer

Bummer! We get that things happen.. please let us know ASAP! If we find out you can't come too close to wedding day, we won't be able to change the headcount for our caterer and will have to pay for your plate.
