When & where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held on March 22, 2026 at 4pm at The Venue at Birchwood, located at 4749 Kedron Rd, Spring Hill, TN. A social hour and reception will follow the ceremony located at the same address.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for greetings and finding your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/ Semi-formal Think suits or jackets for men and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

You are welcome to bring a plus-one if “and guest” or your plus-one's name is listed on your wedding invitation. We look forward to celebrating with both of you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only affair. Thanks for your understanding!

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you would prefer to stay near the hustle and bustle- we recommend checking out hotels or rentals in Nashville If you would prefer to stay somewhere quieter and slower paced- we recommend checking out Spring Hill or Franklin We have more details including hotel wedding blocks for our event on our “Travel” page!

What’s the recommended transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

The Venue at Birchwood has abundant parking available on-site if you choose to drive. If you are coming in from out of town and do not have a vehicle, we recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service.

Will there be a vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free guests, but please note we cannot provide vegan options.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

For personal reasons, we've chosen to keep this a dry event. However, we will be providing alternative drinks, food, and entertainment and look forward to celebrating with you!
