Downtown Birmingham Food

Birmingham, MI

-Hazel's (1 Peabody St) Our favorite happy hour in town. Snag a seat at the bar, get some oysters, and be nice to Donna and Heather or we'll hear about it. Fun fact: Hazel's is where Jeffrey went before visiting the jeweler each time when he was designing Madison's ring! -Social (225 E Maple Rd) They have a fabulous rooftop to enjoy lunch, dinner, or brunch on. Maddy used to work here, if you name drop her, you're guaranteed to have a longer wait time. -Luxe (525 N Old Woodward Ave) Home of the best burger and Brussel Sprout salad in town. The space is small and does not take reservations, so if you have more than four people, be prepared to sit on someone's lap. -Toast (203 Pierce Street) A great spot for brunch in town. Jeffrey hates this place, but Madison swears by the french toast. -Brooklyn Pizza (111 Henrietta St) Madison swears this is the best pizza in town. Jeffrey refuses to acknowledge any pizza that is not Mama Theresa's.

Downtown Detroit Food

Detroit, MI

-Jacoby's Bar (624 Brush Street) Get the calamari. Trust us. We wouldn't steer you wrong. -Le Suprême (1265 Washington Boulevard) We hope you like butter. -Grey Ghost (47 Watson Street) You can get anything from the burger to the tasting menu and leave happy. -American Coney Island (114 W Lafayette Blvd) or Lafayette Coney Island (118 W Lafayette Blvd). The infamous Detroit rivalry- get yourself a coney dog. Hot take, we don't have strong feelings towards one or the other. Detroit locals, please don't shun us for this. -Ottava Via (1400 Michigan Avenue) Italian restaurant known for it's craft cocktails, delicious small plates, & pizzas and pastas. They have bocce ball in the back courtyard- get a little competitive before the welcome party, we dare you. -Takoi (2520 Michigan Ave) Food as delicious as it is beautiful. -Flowers of Vietnam (4440 Vernor Hwy) The chicken wings and shaky beef are second to none. You must buy Vera the host a drink, we don't make the rules.

Royal Oak & Ferndale Food
