How do I book my hotel?

Answer

Please fill out the form under the "Travel" tab no later than May 1st 2026. Hotel Panamera will use this information to reach out to book your stay, starting in June. More information about Hotel Panamera can be found under "Travel". Room rates are listed on the form. This form does NOT secure your booking or commit you to anything. Please fill out the form regardless of where you plan to stay, to help us know your plan.

Flights: when should I arrive & depart?

Our Welcome Party is at 5:00pm on Thursday, December 10th at Hotel Panamera. If you fly in on Thursday, please keep in mind the distance from the airport to Hotel Panamera (50 min drive from Tulum Airport and under 2 hours from Cancun International). There is nothing planned on Sunday December 13th, so you can view this as a travel day.

Do I need to book a rental car?

Answer

No, everything we have planned is walking distance. Hotel Panamera offers transportation to and from the airport. This service is coordinated directly by their reservations team when you book your room. Many hotels in Tulum offer this service for a small fee. If you would like to book a rental car, keep in mind parking is limited and the streets are narrow in Tulum.
