Shuttle

A shuttle will be running from Fairfield Inn & Suites North Conway to the venue for the wedding/reception and back to hotel at end of evening. The shuttle will depart from the venue at 10:15 pm. If you plan on using the shuttle, please RSVP ASAP so we can reserve you a seat!
Ceremony

Cocktail Attire
Please arrive no earlier than 3:30. Parking is available onsite at the venue. Please note that this is an outdoor ceremony and open-air reception (we have a rain plan that will not be needed!). You will be walking on uneven terrain and surfaces, including grass and gravel, so ladies wear a block heel!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail hour will take place just outside the reception area, right next to the ceremony. Grab a drink, enjoy some light bites and mingle with friends and family

Find your seat inside the barn and enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing! The shuttle returning to the Fairfield Inn and Suites is at 10:15pm.
