The shuttle will be at the Courtyard Marriott to pick up guests at 2:30pm SHARP! Please meet the driver right outside of the lobby. Do not be late, the shuttle WILL NOT wait for you! :) The shuttle will then obviously be returning guests to the hotel after the wedding.

Oakland and San Jose International are the closest and most convenient airports when traveling to Pleasanton, CA (estimated 30-45 minute drive).

San Francisco International is also an option but expect a drive anywhere between 45-90 minutes.

If you are flying into the Bay Area and not renting a vehicle or taking Uber/Lyft, BART trains are conveniently located at both Oakland and San Francisco International with routes through Pleasanton, CA. Expect train commute times anywhere from 45-90 minutes.
