November 1st. If your plans change anytime before the event, please text Courtney so we can update the headcount with the venue.
It's time to dust of your dancing shoes, cocktail dresses, and suits & ties! There will be lots of walking in the streets of New Orleans - uneven sidewalks, roads, and potential standing water. Please consider when selecting your shoes. Cocktail Attire Description: Women: Knee-length, tea-length, or midi dresses encouraged. You're welcome to wear a long dress if you don't mind the bottom potentially getting a little dirty. Men: Suit & Tie This is a helpful website for further description: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364
There are paid parking lots near the venue, but if you plan to drive, please consider allowing extra time to find parking and walk. For those staying at hotels in the French Quarter, we encourage walking or an Uber. Most hotels are walking distance.
We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!
Please arrive in time to sign our guest book and find your seat! Our ceremony will start at 6 pm. If you arrive at or after 6 pm, we ask that you kindly wait inside rather than exiting to the courtyard.
We understand that these are the hot topics of weddings and gatherings right now. We will continue to update here as anything changes. Current Mandate in New Orleans states that in order to enter any bar, restaurant, concert venue, etc. you must prove you're vaccinated or provide a negative COVID test. If this mandate persists through November, this will be the case for entering both our Rehearsal Dinner and our Ceremony/Reception. How many people will be in attendance? We anticipate around 250 guests Indoors or outdoors? Primarily outdoors! If it's not too cold, we will prop the doors open. Masks? Not required since it's considered outdoors
