We could not have been happier when we heard that Rob wanted to marry this beauty of a soul, Lani. These two are not only a power couple together, but they share their magic with everyone who is lucky enough to be apart of their world. Rachel joined our friend group a few years ago after moving across the country from Jersey to join the band HGNM. Brian who is Demetri’s best friend and best man is also in the band. It didn’t take long for the two of them to hit it off and fall in love. Our little tight knit group gained a loyal and loving spit fire of a woman. We couldn’t have been happier to welcome her into our hearts and are happy she is sharing this day with us.

Aimee met the Papamatheakis family back in 1991 as next-door neighbors. Growing up with Demetri and staying connected into adulthood. He introduced her to his best friend at the time, Amber. Amber & Aimee became partners in crime immediately! Thirteen years have passed and many changes in life for the both of them. No matter how different their paths have gotten they have always found their way back to the friendship as if no time has passed at all. Amber & Demetri are blessed to have such a long standing & cherished friend join in our special day!

Grown into supporting each other in business and family. With this special day, Amber and Demetri are grateful to have Mike share in this moment.

George is the youngest brother of the 3 boys. George has always been the little punching bag with Demetri and Mike. Now, this kid grew up to be taller than the older 2. He has grown up to be an amazing husband and father of two beautiful children. The 3 Amigo's wouldn't be the team they are without the high strung one. Nothing more honorable watching the little brother stand next to us on this special day.

Tiernan is Amber’s oldest son. He is 25 years old currently, but he has grown up with Demetri playing a strong role in his life. Amber and Demetri being best friends for several years before they began dating allowed Tiernan to bond with Demetri’s kids. He spent many weekends at Demetri’s house. Funny story, he and his brother Teagan used to call Demetri, Uncle D when they were little. We had to explain to them once we started dating that they were going to have to start calling him Demetri after an embarrassing trip to the store as a family and the kids publicly calling him Uncle D. 😂 Demetri ended up becoming family as step Dad in the end and we all couldn’t be happier!

Teagan is the youngest of Amber’s boys. Teagan is the family comedian keeping us laughing so hard that we cry every night at the dinner table!! He also loves his video games as much as Demetri does. 😂 As a matter-of-fact Teagan was the one who introduced him to Fortnite that is now Demetri’s favorite game. These two have bonded over gaming and the love and support Demetri has brought into our family.

Alex is Amber’s middle son. He joined her family at the age of 15 years old. She didn’t know that one day a boy would come along and steal her heart. As a single Mom raising two boys already she never thought one more would come along, but when she met him and heard his story she just knew exactly where he belonged and that was with her and the boys! Alex’s goofy nature has brought lots of joy. Now with Demetri also joining our little family everything in life is complete.
Ioannis Tsoukakis

Ioannis (Yanni), has a long history of friendship with Demetri. First meeting at the airport restaurant, when Yanni was in flight school. They were inseparable and did everything together. Yanni now lives back in Greece where he has enhanced his flight career in Athens. It is so much of an honor to have Yanni stand by our side, even traveling half way across the world to do so.

Jonny and Demetri met Sophomore year of high school. Quickly becoming best friends throughout the years. From prom to graduation and where we are today with children in high school, trying to tell them things not to do (that we did). Jonny has become an intricate part of our lives, not just Demetri's life but Ambers as well. As a life long friend, Amber and I are honored to continue this journey with him as a part our lives.
