Where is the wedding taking place?

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. Guests can start arriving at 4:30 p.m.

What time does the reception begin?

Answer

The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. directly after cocktail hour after the ceremony.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie attire (formal wear, does not have to be all black). We are getting married in a magical castle! We encourage you to have fun and come in your best castle worthy formal wear. Our wedding colors are white, beige, black and burgundy. We kindly ask that you reserve wearing the color burgundy for the wedding party.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors weather permitting. The reception will be held inside with access to the exterior patio and smoking space for the remainder of the evening.

What weather can I expect?

Answer

Phoenix/Chandler weather in March average high is between 78-80 degrees and low between 55-60 degrees.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple and the bride and groom will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. You will be invited to enjoy cocktail hour before the doors to the reception open at 6:30 p.m. Dinner service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with dancing for the remainder of the night.

Will there be a cash or open bar?

Answer

The bride and groom are hosting a full-service open bar for their guests to enjoy throughout the night. The bar opens promptly after the ceremony for cocktail and throughout the night. Last call will be at 10:45 p.m., bar closes at 11:00 p.m.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the event, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same space area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. There are many hotel options nearby as well to get a room for the evening.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a list at the top of the home page on the website. The last option says, "RSVP" click that, and it will prompt you to answer the necessary questions to finalize your RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by March 1, 2025, so we can accurately plan for our wedding day. As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone unfortunately, we have limited seating space. We greatly appreciate that only the people who are listed on the invitation attend the wedding.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

Answer

Due to limited seating space only those who are listed on the invitation may attend the wedding. For those children who are included in the celebration there will be no babysitter on site. All parents are responsible to attend to their children through entirety of the wedding.

Can I bring my partner?

Answer

Due to limited seating space only those who are included on the invitation are allowed to attend. If you have been given a plus one, please be sure to add in all of your guest's full name when RSVPing.

I cannot attend the wedding in person, will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

We regret to inform that we will not be hosting our wedding virtually.

Answer

Yes, the venue is accessible to guests who require wheelchair assistance.

I have dietary restrictions. What is the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs. We have included options for vegetarian guests, children 3-8 yrs of age, and guests who are observing orthodox lent (no animal/blood dish). If you have a more specific dietary need, please feel free to reach out the bride or groom with your needs.

Are the couple registered anywhere?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all however, should you wish to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. Can I take/post pictures of the wedding on to social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding QR code that will be provided during the wedding so we can see them, too!
