Formal Attire or Black Tie Optional.
He should wear: A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie.
She should wear: A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? 
ANSWER
Ceremony will be outdoors weather permitted.  Cocktail hour outdoors on a patio and Reception indoors (tent).
